Transparency
GoEnergy's processes should be transparent for everyone involved.
Our partners and employees are informed transparently about our processes
so that everyone sees themselves as part of a good cause.
We thus guarantee fairness and sustainability.

Added value
GoEnergy only supports projects with real and sustainable added value for society.
All projects and activities should create sustainable added value for our society. We at GoEnergy also want to make our services sustainable.

Fairness
Our employees and partners are committed to treating each other and third parties fairly.
We refrain from any unethical behavior with regard to people, organizations and other service providers,
especially in advertising. We primarily consider unethical to be excessive emotionalization, misleading, insulting, slandering, denunciation or other degrading behavior towards third parties.

Effectiveness

We guarantee reasonable prices because we develop efficient processes. These are constantly being expanded.


Respect

We respect the personal wishes and requirements of potential and

existing partners, employees and customers.


Data protection

We attach particular importance to compliance with the statutory data protection regulations.

We use data encryption.


Further training

GoEnergy is constantly developing.

We ensure and improve the quality of our work by giving our employees the opportunity to

build or expand their professional knowledge, skills and competencies.


Remuneration

GoEnergy ensures performance-related, non-discriminatory remuneration.​

Arbitration Commission
If the behavior of a GoEnergy partner or employee violates this code or is considered ethically inappropriate, this can be reported to the UniVersPilot e.V. Arbitration Commission. The Arbitration Commission consists of independent members and suggests possible courses of action to the GoEnergy management.
